A family partners with Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent and works hard alongside members of the community as well as the volunteers who aide to offer a hand up, and the side-by-side support that so many families need. Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent sets the stage for families, volunteers and community partners to come together, to build and to have a truly transformative experience - one that has a lasting and tangible outcome.
