Appliances are sold "as is" but if you have a mechanical problem within 30 days of purchase, the appliance can be returned to the ReStore for a refund or another appliance will be substituted to replace it. You must have your receipt and checklist in order to return the item. If refrigerators and freezers are transported in any manner other than the up right position, the ReStore is not responsible for any operating problems that the customer encounters.
- Once an item is ordered it must be picked up within 3 business days or it will be listed again for sale.
- Pickup times are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.
- Items are to be picked up at 566 Riverview Drive at the ReStore. Please drive along the left side of the building to the donation drop off area under the canopy and remain in your vehicle.
- A staff member will come out to assist you. We require you to wear a mask and provide your confirmation number for your item. Staff will load the item in the vehicle for you.
We are only accepting debit or credit payments.
